Pick up and Delivery Instructions

You will receive:

1.  Garment bag
2.  Hook for your front door
3.  Simple instructions

• Your clothes will be picked up on a designated day of the week after 8:00 am.
  
  
• Place your clothes in the garment bag and the hook on your front door. Hang the garment bag with your clothes in it on the hook so the driver can clearly see it.
  
  
• Complete the new customer information form and place it inside the bag for your first order. We realize that some customers might be reluctant to put their credit or debit card number in the bag. Therefore, if you would like for us to come pick up the form at your home prior to your first order, we will be happy to do so. Your other option is to drop it by our retail store at 3234 S. Florida Ave. In any case, we must have the new customer form before processing your first order.  Your credit or debit card number will be entered into a secure system so there is no need to worry about your card number falling into the wrong hands.
  
  
• We charge the amount of your order to your credit or debit card on the day we pick up the items from your home.
  
  
• Please understand that offering pick up and delivery service is quite costly. Pick up and delivery is free as long as you send a minimum of 5 garments (or $9.95 per week).  By signing up for the service, you are agreeing to spend a minimum of $9.95 per week for your dry cleaning and or laundry service. For example, if you send only 4 garments in an order, you will be charged $9.95 for that particular order even though those 4 garments would cost only $7.96 if you brought them to the store to be cleaned.  If you send no garments at all, you will still be charged $9.95 for that particular week.
  
  If you routinely dry clean or launder at least 5 items per week, the decision to sign up is easy because the pick up and delivery service is free. If you are not someone who routinely dry cleans or launders at least 5 items per week, you should not sign up for the service unless the convenience of having your clothes picked up and delivered to your home is worth the $9.95 weekly minimum amount.
  
  
• Your clothes will be returned to you within 2 business days.
  
  
• Your garment bag serves as both a bag for your clothes that need to be cleaned and the cover for your clothes when they are returned to you. One bag does it all! To use it as a bag, simply turn the bag upside down and fold the excess material inside the bag.
  
  
• If you will be typically sending more than 10 items, we will provide you with an extra hook(s) for your front door.
